How do I create a new listing for my vacation property?
Just click List Your Nest to start filling out the listing form right away. Or, create an account and click the Sell link from your dashboard.
Do I need an MLS number?
No, you are not required to have your property on the MLS or with listed with an agent to use our site. However if you do have your home listed on MLS, the convenient MLS look up tool allows you to populate your listing faster.
How can I increase the visibility of my listing to More Nests searchers?
Fill out as much information as possible in the property listing form. Listings with 100% complete information and quality photos are ranked highest and will be more visible to potential buyers searching on More Nests.
Can I start a listing and come back later to add more details?
Yes, you can work on your vacation home listing and come back later to edit it and add more extensive details. If you need to find your listing again, Login, visit My Dashboard and click Update Listings.
I tried to use the MLS look up feature, but it says my property isn’t found.
If your home was very recently listed with an agent, it may not be populated in the MLS database system yet. If you did not list your home with an agent who has access to the MLS, it will not be found there. Or, if the listing is still pending or not currently active, it will not be found by an MLS search. In this case, you may fill out the form manually.
Am I required to include Income and Investment details? What if the property is brand new?
You are not required to add details under income and investment sections. However, keep in mind that homes with more details like this will gain better visibility and interest. The listing completion meter will increase when these sections are filled out. Remember to fill out the notes field to explain your unique situation.
How many photos can I upload to my home listing?
At this time, there is no limit on the number of photos you can add in your listing. We encourage you to include several quality images to make your listing stand out.
How do I remove or delete a property listing that is no longer available?
Go to Edit your listing, either by going to the Dashboard and clicking Update Listings, or by visiting your listing (while logged in) and clicking the Edit button at the top. Scroll to the bottom, and click on the red Delete button. Confirm the next step. Remember that the delete function is permanent. We cannot restore your listing after you delete it.

What is the fee to search for a property on MoreNests.com?
Searching for properties on our website is always free. You can also create a free account to save your favorite properties to your convenient dashboard. Premium membership provides additional features to enhance your experience, like unlocking valuable income data.
How do I contact a seller?
On the property’s detailed description page, click on the Contact Seller option and expand the form. Fill out the form to send a message to the seller. The seller will be notified and can reply to your message. Access your messages at My Dashboard > Contacts.
After I find a property I like, how do I purchase it?
Visit the property’s detailed description page. (If you are viewing the initial search results, click “more” to view the full details of that property.) Click on the Contact Seller option, and fill out the contact form to initiate communication with the seller. MoreNests.com provides communication tools, but the transaction is not completed directly through our website.
If I am a non-premium member is there a way to contact the owner of property I’m interested in?
The contact feature is only available to premium members.

How can I update my account information and payment details?
Login and visit your dashboard, and click on My Account. Click the appropriate section heading to expand it, and enter the new details. Click Update to save the changes.
I forgot my password. How can I retrieve my password?
Click Login and wait for the login window prompt to appear, then click the Forgot Password link. Enter your email address and click Submit. You will receive an email to reset the password.
Can I upgrade my services at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade to Premium services at any time to enjoy more features. Go to your Dashboard, and click on Premium Features in the dashboard options menu. Select an option to upgrade.
Can I cancel my premium service at any time?

If I am a non-premium member is there a way to contact the owner of property I’m interested in?
The contact feature is available if the listing was created by a seller with a Premium membership. If the listing was created by a standard member, you must have a Premium membership to contact them.
